Acceptable Use Policy

1. What this Policy is for

This Policy sets out what cannot be created, uploaded or published on The AI Model Lab. It applies to prompts, uploaded files, outputs, avatars, voices, posts and messages, and it is part of the Terms of Use.

Violating this Policy can lead to removal of content, suspension or termination of your account, and a report to the authorities.

2. Zero tolerance: minors

• It is prohibited to create, request, upload or publish any content that involves, depicts, suggests or sexualizes anyone under 18, whether through appearance, stated age, context or words that refer to minors, even if the character is fictional or AI-generated.
• Text requests that mention or suggest minors are automatically refused before they reach the AI model, and they are logged.
• When an AI provider detects a minor in an image, the generation is stopped and the case is logged.
• Once the case is confirmed, the account is terminated, the records are preserved and the case is reported to the competent authorities.
• In Brazil, producing, storing or sharing this kind of material is a crime under the Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA, Brazil's Child and Adolescent Statute), arts. 240 to 241-E, including when it is simulated or composited.

3. Real people and consent

• It is prohibited to create intimate, sexual or nude content of an identifiable real person without that person's express, free and provable consent.
• It is prohibited to put public figures (celebrities, influencers, politicians) in intimate or sexual content, in any case.
• Face swap, clothing removal, avatars and voice cloning may only be used with yourself, with an adult who authorized the use in writing, or with an AI-generated person.
• In face swap, clothing removal, virtual try-on, motion control, and whenever you use a person's photo in the uncensored models (image and video), you confirm on screen that the person fits one of these cases, and the confirmation is recorded together with the generation. For video avatars, the provider asks for an authorization video from the person themselves. In all other cases, the declaration you make when you accept the Terms of Use applies.
• We may ask for proof of authorization and remove the content if it is not provided.
• Making a photo, video or audio montage to put someone in a scene of nudity or a sexual act is a crime, even if you do not share it (art. 216-B, sole paragraph, of the Código Penal, Brazilian Penal Code).
• It is prohibited to share someone's intimate content without their consent, which is a crime under art. 218-C of the Código Penal, and to use images to threaten or extort (sextortion).

4. Deception, fraud and forgery

• Impersonating another person or company, or creating fake profiles to deceive.
• Scams, phishing, fake documents or fake evidence.
• Election or political disinformation using deepfakes.
• Presenting generated content as a real record of something that did not happen, in order to deceive.

5. Other prohibited content

• Sexual violence, incest, bestiality or non-consensual acts, even if staged or fictional.
• Glorifying or inciting violence, terrorism or self-harm.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, stalking or intimidation.
• Content that violates the copyrights, trademarks or likeness rights of third parties.
• Sale or promotion of illegal products and services.

6. Misuse of the Platform

• Trying to get around filters and blocks, for example with disguised prompts, altered spellings or requests split into parts.
• Creating multiple accounts to get credits or free generations; sharing or reselling access.
• Scraping data, using unauthorized automation, reverse engineering, or attacking or overloading the Platform.
• Disputing a payment in bad faith after using the service.

7. Publishing outside the Platform

Follow the rules of the place where you publish, and label AI-generated content when the platform or the law requires it. Do not present an AI-generated person as a real person to deceive customers or followers.

8. How we enforce this Policy

• Automatic filters analyze text requests before generation, AI providers apply their own filters to images and videos, and our team reviews reports and flagged cases.
• Measures range from a warning and removal of content to blocking access to a feature, suspension, account termination and reporting to the authorities.
• In cases involving a minor or intimate content without consent, termination is immediate.
• If you disagree with a decision, ask for a review at support@help.theaimodelab.com within 30 days.
