In short
- Anyone can file a report, with or without an account.

- All other cases are reviewed within 5 business days.
- We do not tell the reported person who filed the report.
The summary is a reading aid. The full text below is what governs.
1. What you can report
- Content involving a minor (urgent).
- Intimate or sexual content of a real person without consent, including if it is you (urgent).
- A profile or content that impersonates someone.
- Copyright or trademark infringement.
- Other content that is illegal or violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Timelines
- Urgent cases (minors and intimate content without consent): review within 24 hours and takedown as soon as it is confirmed.
- All other cases: review within 5 business days.
- If you are the person shown in the content, select that option on the form. This speeds up the takedown, as provided in art. 21 of the Marco Civil da Internet (Brazilian Internet Civil Framework).
3. What happens next
Our team reviews the report and may remove or block the content, suspend or terminate the responsible account, and preserve records for the authorities, as the law requires. If you leave an email address, we may tell you the outcome of the review. We do not reveal to the reported person who filed the report.
4. Copyright and trademark
Tell us which work or trademark is yours, where the infringing content is located, and how we can confirm that you are the rights holder or its representative. The person who posted the content can contest the removal through support.
5. If your content was removed
You can ask for a review of the decision at support@help.theaimodelab.com within 30 days, explaining why the content does not violate our rules.
6. Bad-faith use
False reports made on purpose to harm someone can lead to suspension of the account of the person who made the report.
